NOTICE

        LISPSQL, at one time, had a bug which overwrote the last 
        character (in character fields) with an ascii 0, which is used by 
        'C' as an end of string character.  This problem made any 
        information read from a file unreliable and really made a mess of 
        one character fields. 


        The program in this file corrects this bug.  It is not, however, 
        an official fix by AutoDesk and is in no way warrented by 
        AutoDesk.  Any fix by them after the date on this file 
        (2/20/1993) should be viewed as more current and should be used 
        in place of this one.
